We offer the services listed below. All prices are in $US and must be paid in advance and can be paid by credit card or wire transfer only. Before we accept your payment we need to have you provide us with a current government issued ID with photo (preferably a passport); a residential or business physical address (no P. O. Boxes), an  e-mail address and a real telephone number where we can contact you. If you plan to open a corporate, company or trust bank account we require bank references. We do offer a verified reseller program with discounted prices. You must be 18 years of age or older to do business with us. We can not do business with nationals of or businesses organized under the laws of: China, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Venezuela or Vietnam.

All prices include the annual registered agent and office payment as well as the annual government fee. We pay your annual government fee out of the funds you pay us for registered agent and office services. All organizations come with a street address in the country of jurisdiction.

To start the process, please click on the ORDER tab on the main menu. On the Order page, choose the type of organization you wish to form and register, and complete the form, giving us any additional information which you think will help us guide you in making the correct jurisdictional and organizational choices in the text area at the bottom of the form.  We will contact you by e-mail within 24 to 72 hours. 24 hours after that, if you have the necessary idnetification documents, we can process your order and file a company formation and registration the next day.

Wyoming, USA - all plans include the scan and email of up to 5 letters per year at no additional charge!
